Tiramisu in Kraków, made every day in Krowodrza.

COPPA was built around two things: specialty coffee and tiramisu. Tiramisu is the main product here and the idea the whole place grew from.

Pistachio tiramisu in a coppa, COPPA Kraków

In a coppa, not from a tray

The name comes from the Italian word for a goblet. From the start we wanted to serve tiramisu as its own, finished dessert in a small cup. The coppa became the most recognisable part of the concept.

Every day, in-house

We make it ourselves, every single day. Tiramisu gives us an Italian starting point, but we do not copy an Italian café one to one. That is where hojicha, pralines, seasonal fruit and modern specialty coffee come in.

Kasia and Tomek

COPPA is run by its owners, not a chain or an investor. Kasia is responsible for the tiramisu and creates every new flavour, Tomek runs the bar.

Krowodrza, close to the centre

We are in Krowodrza, an 8-minute walk from Plac Inwalidów and about 25 minutes from the Main Square, away from the tourist crowds. That is part of the character of the place. We want to be a café people come back to, not a stop on a weekend route. Open since August 2026.

A house espresso and a second grinder that keeps changing.

Espresso
Our house espresso comes from the Roastains roastery. We go for a flavour that works black and with milk.
Second grinder
We rotate the beans regularly and show fruitier, less typical profiles, Ethiopia or Costa Rica for example. That is where our funky flat white comes from.
Roasters
We work only with specialty coffee. Beyond the house espresso we rotate coffees from different roasters, very often Sweden's Gringo Nordic Coffee Roasters.
Milk
Regular, lactose-free, oat or pea. Every option at no extra charge.
